Abbiamo centri di assistenza post-vendita in Europa, Accessori con garanzia PVY di 1 anno: Componenti strutturali - forcella, reggisella, manubrio, attacco manubrio, leva del freno, freni, pignone, guarnitura e comando a pollice; Componenti elettronici - caricabatterie, controller, display, booster, comando cambio, motore e cambio. (Se si verifica un problema al prodotto entro il periodo di garanzia sopra indicato, verrà sostituito gratuitamente con uno nuovo se non può essere riparato.) Per il telaio si applica una garanzia di 10 anni.
È necessario assemblare la bici dopo averla ricevuta?
Le nostre ebike sono nuove di zecca e vengono consegnate in uno stato pieghevole per una spedizione facile. Con un assemblaggio completato all'85%, puoi montarla facilmente. Una volta tolta dalla scatola, basta installare i pedali e regolare l'angolo del manubrio per adattarlo alla tua altezza e al tuo stile di guida. È un processo rapido e senza complicazioni, che ti permette di metterti in strada in pochissimo tempo.

We bought two PVY Z20 PROs for €1,350.00. Delivery was fast, I received the bikes in just over a week. Assembling them was quite easy. One mudguard was damaged. I reported this, and they sent a new one, which was also easy to replace. The bikes are very nice to ride, and the pedal assistance works wonderfully. We installed the throttle but disabled it in the menu, as you are not allowed to use it in the Netherlands. In the meantime, we have also received the pannier bag and the lock. The pannier bag is shown in the picture, it's beautifully compact. The new mudgard is also mounted. All in all, we are very satisfied. I highly recommend this bike 👍

Excelente bicicleta. El envio fue rapido pero no vino montada la rueda delantera y faltaban arandelas. Me costó ponerla porque no sabia como era. Contento con el servicio postventa puesto que me enviaron las arandelas q faltaban y el soporto de telefono que tampoco venia

I love the bike, a bus commute that would tale 30 mins became a bike commute of 10 mins, saves me money, my only ick with it is the weight and the folding mechanism, the train carriage doesnt have any ramp so to carry it up the carriage is always a bit hard for me. If you would allow me, find a way to make it so when the bike is folded, it stays folded, some sort of lock, it would make the folding mechanism a lot more reliable and usable, as off right now when you fold it will only be usefull to store it, if it had a fixable fold then you could make it so it was easier coming down and up the stairs with it folded. Other than that, the bike rides like a dream, love it. Best Regards, from a mildly statisfied costumer.

The bike is great. Fast... Easy.. Smooth. Why one star less? I received mine with a crooked handle. Customer support took a while to solve it but lucky a person pvyJack from PVyon their Facebook messenger helped out. I guess when they would have local retailers to support with local spare parts it would be 10 out of 5 stars 😎.

Anyone who thinks chinese product is bad, i would tell them to think twice and use first. You literally can’t find anything even close to it’s quality in this price. Amazing bike, I bought one and rode 1500km and i was surprised how smooth and great it rides. Then I bought another one. Amazing service. In my 2 bikes i have rode almost 3000 km and no problem at all. But I would strongly recommend pvy to respond faster to support chat. Thats all. Lets see how long it lasts.

really smooth. moderate body, maybe not the best quality control but for this price there is no other option even close to this. Better than my expectations. but let's see how long before something breaks. good thing is almost all spare part is available in their website but the delivery time is a little bit long. it will be best if you have 2 bikes. but overall I am happy with it. just rode about 30km and it's just very smooth
